How much are consultations?
Your no-obligation consultation is an opportunity to discuss your condition with an expert without feeling any pressure to book. Our skincare experts have seen and helped thousands of clients over the years and have the experience to help you achieve your goals.
We offer Free Consultations and Patch Tests to create a unique treatment plan that is designed around you, your budget and your timeline.
All treatments are only £59, with the exception of tattoo removal.
What advice am I likey to receive?
We pride ourselves on being honest and genuine in our approach and only recommend a treatment plan that will deliver a solution to your concern and help you to restore your health. We might recommend one treatment or a combination of treatments that are clinically proven to work.
What happens after each treatment?
As part of your treatment plan, you’ll have full access to our aftercare program. When you commit to correcting a skin condition with The Skin Care Company, we commit to offering you the complete tailored service that you deserve, including aftercare plans.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We understand that circumstances change from time to time and so, with this in mind, we do not charge for cancellations given with 48-hour notice.
Simply call the clinic to change or cancel your booking.
However, if an appointment is cancelled after 48 hours – or there is a no-show – a charge of £25 is payable.
We will retain the £25 amount until you complete your treatments, and/or do not re-book an appointment, at which point it will be fully refunded.
It is not in our interest to enforce this policy so we will send you a text message to remind you of your appointment two days before it is due to take place. However, you should not rely on this and should keep a safe record of your appointment time(s).
If you are unable to make the appointment for any reason, please call and reschedule at your earliest convenience.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Our slots have a tendency to be booked months in advance. So, if you’re thinking of getting an appointment at our clinic, we would recommend contacting us at least one month in advance to ensure you get your desired time and date slot.
